3 Day Fibre Blowing

3 day course covering the safe and effective use of blown fibre equipment to install telecommunications cable.

Description

The course covers theory and practical instruction on the setup and use of blown fibre equipment. The theory includes topics such as health and safety, site survey, installation methods and how to overcome common issues found on the network. Practical instruction will show delegates how to complete End-to-End, Mid-point and Tandem installs whilst demonstrating the correct use of the compressor and blowing equipment. Delegates will gain an industry recognised qualification upon successful completion of theory and practical assessments.
