SA051C - Tetra Leaning Ladder and Flat Roof Candidate Accreditation
This accreditation sets out the requirements for implementing thesafe working practices for Leaning Ladder & Flat RoofAccreditation to candidates where works is undertaken in dwellings, including multi occupancy units.
Description
It is intended that during this training all learners will gain an understanding of the hazards and potential risks of leaning ladders and flat roof access, whilst developing the required knowledge to implement safe working methods via the use of fall protection equipment, that will enable these systems to be used safely. The target audience is aimed at those working on the telecoms network or similar utilities including suppliers and contractors.
Prerequisites
This accreditation course is available to anyone over the age of 16 who can reach the required standard, is medically fit to attend, and have previously gained competence and experience in the setting up, using and inspection of leaning ladders.
All learners must attend with a Tetra leaning ladder and flat roof kit and be prepared to complete a medical statement sheet. - If you do not have a kit, there is an option to purchase one through PQMS once you get to the registration page when placing your online order.
