SA029 - Working Safely in a Single Dwelling Unit
This qualification will provide delegates with the knowledge of the hazards, including potential risks involved when working in an SDU. It will test the delegates knowledge, skills and understanding of the dangers associated with the work, and the safety precautions required. It will ensure that they are suitable trained and accredited to the National Occupational Standard (NOS)
Description
To train delegates to recognise risks when working in a single dwelling unit which enables them to complete the scope of their works safely.
A module on customer liaison will also develop soft skills and interaction, whilst training and guidance will be offered on good work practices, both of which lead to improved customer satisfaction scores.
